How do I book?

You can see if your chosen product(s) are available on your preferred date and book online. Alternatively, you can call or email us to check availability and we can make the booking for you. Simply call us on 01327 601211 or email bookings@epicpartyhire.co.uk.

What do I need to pay?

Each item we offer has a 'hire' price clearly displayed online. This is the hire cost for a 1-day hire (24-hour period). For multiple days hire the price will be multiplied by the amount of days selected.

You have the option to pay 20% or 100% of the hire cost at checkout. If you choose to pay 20% then an invoice will be made for the balance, payable before collection.

There is also a hire deposit taken for each item. This is refunded once the equipment has been checked upon return.

Collect and return your chosen hire equipment at our industrial unit in Long Buckby, Northants, NN6.

What time can I collect and return my hire equipment?

Once you have made a booking we will contact you to confirm a suitable time for collection and return. We will endeavour to meet your requirements but in general collections and returns are made Monday to Saturday between 0900 and 1700.

What ID do I need to bring?

We require one form of photo ID.
